He said the building would meet the village’s code requirements, with exterior materials consisting of a mixture of HardiePlank panels and masonry veneer, as well as all panels using fully concealed fasteners. Schuette said the property will have a perpetual easement to access to the south from Willard Drive. “There’s no exit or entrance on Oneida Street,” he said.
